  Ans: No, you do not need an order for an initial evaluation or to schedule an appointment.

• Do you take all insurances?

  Ans: We only take Medicare Part B at the present time. We do offer private pay services for those that are interested and do not qualify for skilled therapy intervention.

• Do you bring equipment with you?

  Ans: Yes, we bring everything we need to provide you with state of the art treatment – modalities, weights, portable table, theraband etc.

• Do you have OT services too?

  Ans: we only offer physical therapy services at the present time and treat patients from head to toe for all conditions.

• Are you infection control compliant and how do you protect against COVID-19?

  Ans: We follow all CDC guidelines for infection control. We disinfect equipment between each client and wear masks for all patient interaction.
